PAY SECURELY WITH CREDIT CARD SERVICES
PRODUCT-RELATED INFORMATION
Products are described in the product data sheet, which contains all information about the individual products.
The same information will also be present, in accordance with the law, on each package containing the Products.
The Company uses certain images to better describe the Products offered for sale through the Site. These images are only intended to help the Customer choose the Products, together with the description given in each Sheet.
In the event that, for any unforeseen and unforeseeable reason, the Products object of the Order are not available in stock, the Customer will be immediately informed and, if it is impossible to proceed with the delivery of the Products, the Customer will be reimbursed the Price where already paid.
Reimbursement may be total or partial, depending on whether the lack of the Products results in the inability to process the Order in its entirety or only partially.
PRICES
Prices (include VAT) are indicated next to each product sheet and in the product list on the shop page. Prices may be subject to promotions.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND PAYMENT METHODS
In order to purchase one or more Products on the Site, the Customer shall place them in the virtual shopping cart and fill out the Order in electronic format, correctly entering his or her data as requested in the form itself and transmitting it electronically to the Company, following the instructions given on the Site.
Alternatively, orders can also be processed by e-mail to fabio@mxlife.it, or via whatsupp using the direct messaging system on the site.
If the Customer wishes the invoice to be issued with reference to the Order, the Customer is aware that the provisions of the Consumer Code shall not be applicable and shall therefore lose the status of Consumer Customer.
The Professional must therefore also indicate the tax code and/or VAT number, if any, SDI code or PEC and specify the physical address for invoicing (if different from the delivery address).
The Professional is responsible for the correct entry of invoice data and is expressly informed that, in the event that the invoice is not requested during the order process, he shall promptly request it before the goods are actually dispatched.
The Customer, in any case, assumes responsibility for the truthfulness and correctness of the personal data entered and provided to the Company when placing the Order. It is understood that any damage/delay/discomfort referable and/or attributable to the incorrectness and/or untruthfulness of the personal data entered when placing the Order shall in no case be charged to the Company.
The Order form, completed by the Customer and displayed immediately prior to the conclusion of the purchase, contains summary information on the Price (including all applicable taxes or duties) and delivery costs.
Once the correctness of the Order has been verified, the Customer must then select a payment method from those offered by the Site, for any special requirements please contact customer care.
The Site does not collect the Customer’s credit/debit card data, as payment will be handled on the respective platforms by the Payments Manager.
In the event of payment by credit/debit card or PayPal, the Customer warrants, under his sole responsibility, that he is the holder of the card or PayPal account used for payment of the Price or that he has been authorised to use it by the holder.
Payments made through the Site are and will remain protected by an advanced network data protection system. Payment by credit/debit card is made on a secure server managed by a third party company, specialised and duly authorised under current laws to perform this service. Credit card data is processed exclusively by the Payments Manager.
Mxlife, therefore, will not have access to credit card data, but will only manage the customer’s data
No liability can be attributed to the Company for any fraudulent use by third parties of the Customer’s credit card data: in such a case, the Customer shall immediately contact the Payments Manager and, if necessary, the competent authorities.
The purchase contract shall be considered concluded at the end of the procedure by which the User sends the Order to the Company.
After the conclusion of the procedure, the Customer will receive a communication by e-mail confirming the acceptance of the Order in which the Price of the selected Products and the total amount of the Order are summarised.
DISCOUNT CODES AND COUPONS
Discount codes and coupons are only offered by the Company as part of promotional marketing campaigns; they can only be used by the Customer to whom they are addressed within the period of validity specified from time to time and their use may be subject to a minimum spending amount, be tied to the purchase of certain products or be linked to other conditions or events communicated at the time the code or coupon is issued.
The code or coupon must be entered in the space provided on the shopping cart page or on the order and payment summary page. The discount will be calculated and applied automatically or requested directly from customer care.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Products purchased can be returned within 15 days by law, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, with labels and packaging intact and obviously not used. For the greater protection of the customer and obviously by mutual agreement, MXLIFE reserves the right to withdraw and exchange even products that have been used, in the event of purchase of the wrong size or unsatisfactory product or colour change.
Return and Refund Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at fabio@mxlife.it or via our direct messaging system on the site. We will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return. Return costs amount to EUR 10.00 each way and are charged to the customer.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 days.
In case of return of a product that has benefited from free shipping, the initial shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
Products are delivered by courier.
Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address specified by the User during the purchase process.
The delivery of the Products shall take place within the terms indicated by the Company from time to time depending on the place of shipment of the same in the Order that is filled in by the User.
We try to guarantee extremely fast deliveries, however, for some products or during special periods, deliveries may be extended by a few days.
CONFORMITY DEFECTS
All products sold by MXLIFE through www.mxlife.it are covered by the conventional manufacturer’s warranty.
If, once the Products have been received at the address indicated, the Consumer-Client discovers the presence of conformity defects with respect to the Products that are the subject of the Order, he/she must immediately contact Customer Service or send a communication by registered letter with return receipt to the following address

In such cases, the relevant provisions of the Consumer Code shall apply and the Customer may choose between replacement of the non-conforming Products, an appropriate price reduction or, finally, termination of the Order.
The Customer forfeits this right if he does not notify the Company of the lack of conformity within a period of two months to be counted from the time of receipt of the non-conforming Products or from the time when he became aware of the lack of conformity.
As far as the Professional is concerned, if he finds a conformity defect, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply (Articles 1453, 1495, 1497 of the Civil Code).
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
The Company shall be exempt from any liability with respect to damages, claims or losses, direct or indirect, arising to the Customer from improper storage of the Products after delivery.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, except in the case of the application of mandatory rules of application in favour of consumers that would be inextricably applicable to the Consumer-Customer if he/she is a citizen and resident in a foreign country, where the purchase of the Products is made.
For any dispute concerning these General Terms and Conditions, in the event that the User is a Consumer, the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 shall apply, and the court of the place of residence or domicile indicated by the User shall have jurisdiction.
If the User does not qualify as a Consumer, the Court of Ancona shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
For the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising in connection with contracts with Consumer Users governed by the provisions of Sections I to IV of Chapter I of Title III of Part III of the Consumer Code and inherent to the Conditions of Sale, the Customer may have recourse to the mediation procedures under Legislative Decree No. 28/2010, or may have recourse to ADR entities through the ODR platform for online dispute resolution, established and managed by the European Commission, and accessible via the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. FINAL PROVISIONS
The General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in Italian (IT). In the event of any conflict between any of the translated versions of the General Terms and Conditions and the Italian language version, the latter shall prevail.
MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Company reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions as well as the terms and characteristics of the sale of Products at any time, by means of general notices to Users published on the Site or by e-mail communication to registered Users.
Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions thus published shall be effective immediately.
These General Terms and Conditions came into force on 1 January 2021.
